Elaine dela Cruz
Elaine is the Co-founder of DEI consultancy Project 23, an ICF coach, speaker and facilitator. Her passion and purpose is present in all her work, calling herself a ‘positive disruptor’, driving to actuate change for good. She is a proud single mum, a first generation born British-Filipino and lives with a rare syndrome called Klippel-Trenaunay.
Carolyn McDonald
Carolyn is a practicing therapist, coach, trainer of coaches, coach supervisor and is ICF and academically accredited. She works to create and sustain change, enabling people to see and utilise support structures around them, to change behaviours ‘set in stone’ and achieve long lasting transformations.
Gary Rayneau
Gary is the Co-founder of DEI consultancy Project 23. He puts a lot of his success as an entrepreneur down to the encouragement and coaching he receives from others, instilling him with the confidence and conviction required. With a firm belief that more people can benefit from this kind of support, Gary is determined to combine the creation of profitable businesses with a drive and purpose to give back to the people that need it most.
